1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using VibeWise (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you may not use the App.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account on VibeWise. VibeWise facilitates real-world in-person meetups; accordingly, we enforce this requirement strictly.

By creating an account, you represent and warrant that:

You are at least 18 years old, and
You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract

During sign-up, you are required to actively confirm your age via a mandatory self-certification declaration. Providing false age information is a material breach of these Terms.

If we learn that a user is under 18, we may immediately suspend or terminate their account and delete associated data. See our Age Verification Policy for full details.

3. User Conduct

You agree to treat other users with respect. You strictly agree NOT to:

Harass, bully, stalk, or intimidate any user.
Post content that is hate speech, threatening, sexually explicit, or pornographic.
Use the App for any illegal purpose.
Impersonate any person or entity.
Spam or solicit other users for commercial purposes.

We reserve the right to terminate your account immediately if you violate these rules.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of the photos and content you upload. However, by uploading content, you grant VibeWise a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of operating the App.

You are solely responsible for the content you post. We do not monitor all content but reserve the right to remove anything that violates these Terms.

5. Safety Disclaimers

Meetups at Your Own Risk: VibeWise facilitates connections but does not conduct criminal background checks on users. You are solely responsible for your interactions with other users.

We strongly advise taking precautions when meeting new people (e.g., meeting in public places, telling a friend).

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VibeWise shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the App or conduct of other users. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong S.A.R. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
